Instructions on How to Register to Obtain a DDC Anywhere Account

1. Enter: https://ddcanywhere.nyc to access the DDC Anywhere Portal
2. Click on the “User Registration” button or enter: https://ddcanywhere.nyc/Registration/Registration
3. Select Bidder/Proposer/Mentor from the “Register as” drop-down menu
4. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Telephone Number
5. Select the Company name from the “Company” drop-down menu
6. Enter the EIN #/Tax ID
7. Enter a Password (Alpha-numeric with at least 8 characters, 1 special character, one capital letter, one lower case and one number)
8. Confirm the Password
9. Answer the security questions
10. Click on Register

Registering as a Contract Representative to obtain a DDC Anywhere Account

1. On the User Registration (https://ddcanywhere.nyc/Registration/Registration) page, select Contract Representative in the "Register as" drop-down menu
2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Telephone Number
3. Select the Company name from the “Company” drop-down menu
4. Enter the Employer Identification # (EIN/Tax ID)
5. Enter Contract Pin #
6. Enter the Contract Registration #
7. Enter a Password (Alpha-numeric with at least 8 characters, 1 special character, one capital letter, one lower case and one number)
8. Confirm the Password
9. Answer the security questions
10. Click on Register

Registration Invitation

After you register, you will receive an email from DDC Anywhere (noreply_ddcanywhere@ddc.nyc.gov) with directions to complete your registration. Please verify your account within 24 hours, before the invitation expires.
